felt ball garland

Wisps of lolly hued fleece.
A drop of dishwashing liquid.
Warm water and much gentle rolling.
The lure of the cool paddling pool and cold water baths for shrinking woollen wonders. More rolling.
A tapestry needle, jute twine and an overcast afternoon.
Growing a garland as the storm clouds opened up.
A cool change in the air and an eclectic tree draped in rainbow loveliness.
Smiles of pride

  1. So so beautiful Steph. That would have to be the most beautiful garland I've seen adorning a Christmas tree. I love this idea. xx

  9. I love this. Have never really "wondered" about felt until I saw the fairies that my sister n law made. Had no idea it was so pliable and easy to work with. I would love to have a go at this - something that would look great hanging in my boys room all year round. xo
